Delivery Policy

Delivery on all our doors is FREE except the Highlands and Islands and Northern Ireland

Once your door has been manufactured and is ready for dispatch, we will give you a call to arrange a convenient date for delivery. We deliver Monday to Friday 8am till 6 pm.

Once your door has been dispatched, you will receive an e-mail letting you know your door is on its way. Your e-mail will contain a tracking code which you can simply enter into the onscreen instructions before you which will allow you to track the progress of your delivery online, right to your door.

If you require a delivery out with these times or to the Highlands and Islands and Northern Ireland, it can be arranged at an additional cost which can be given upon request.

Special note

If you have any access issues to your property, (High stairs to your property or you live above the ground floor) you must inform us so that prior arrangements can be made in respect of this.
