uPVC external glass doors are thermally efficient due to a combination of thermal barriers within both the door frame and double glazed units. Weather seal gaskets within the door frame provide a tight seal between door & frame ensuring the warmth is kept inside and the cold remains outside of your home. The double-glazed units have Low-Emissivity coated glass with Argon gas filling the space between the panes and warm edge spacer bars preventing heat loss.

The Dundee Half Clear/Pattern uPVC rear door in Irish Oak has a half-glazed style with twin vertical rectangular inverted mouldings to the lower door. The glazed section allows natural light to flow into your home brightening up the inside whilst the lower door offers some degree of privacy due to the solid uPVC panel.
